Your reservation contains information on you, this is also known as data. 

If your reservations is made for the reason that while staying at the hotel you or another guest in your party are attending an event, or if you have a legitimate business interest with the hotel, which may have been reserved by another party, we may be required to share some of your data with the event booker or organiser- also known as a Third Party. 

We will NEVER at any time share information with any third party (as defined above) that includes financials or contact details, including email, postal addresses or telephone numbers! (unless expressly directed and authorised by you). 

If at any time you wish to NOT have any of your information shared with any third party (as defined above), please advise us at GDPR@ViennaWoodsHotel.com 

As your reservation confirms you have a legitimate business interest with us, we may contact you with marketing promotions and hotel information within 12 months after your last engagement with the hotel! If contact with the hotel occurs, you will be provided with an option to "Unsubscribe" or "opt-out" via a provided link. In this case you will not receive any further communications from the hotel unless you engage with us again after the opt out and again based on a legitimate business interest.

During your stay at the hotel, please note that Closed Circuit TV's are in operation (recording and storing data locally) for your comfort and safety, if this is of concern to you please do not hesitate to contact us on GDPR@ViennaWoodsHotel.com 

During the daily operation of the hotel, guests, team personnel and subcontractors may capture your data (e.g. using Photography & Video), if this is a concern to you please do not hesitate to contact us on GDPR@ViennaWoodsHotel.com
