Meet Our Wedding Coordinator

When you choose Vienna Woods for your special day, Laura will be your dedicted wedding coordinator, guiding you every step of the way. From initial enquiry, menu tastings, to last-minute questions and excecution of the big day, Laura is here to help. She has already coordinated over 80 weddings since joining us in August of 2024!

Next steps to begin planning your wedding:

 Book Your Venue 

• Enquire today for a consultation and tour.
• Estimate your guest numbers.
• Choose a package that suits you.
• Reserve your wedding date.

Assemble Your Team

• Pick your local suppliers.
• Meet with our wedding coordinator.
• Find the ideal celebrant to conduct your ceremony.
• Gather your bridal party.

Design & Style

• Choose a theme and dress attire.
• Plan the room decor, flowers, and centrepieces.
• Design your menu, table plan, and table names if you want to go the extra mile!

Your Guests

• Send and track your RSVP invitations to finalise your guest list.
• Send your room codes to your guests (please note that it is on a first-come, first-served basis as there is limited availability).

Final Preparations

• Obtain your Marriage Licence.
• Confirm details with your suppliers.
• Finalise details on your wedding form and meet with your coordinator.
• Have your menu tasting and choose your menu items.
• Confirm your final numbers and table plan.

Your Wedding Day

• Start bright and early with hair, makeup, and attire.
• Head off to your ceremony, walk down the aisle, and say your vows.
• Capture the occasion with a photo shoot with your photographer.
• Take a quick break from your adoring fans with a small meal and rest together in the ballroom. Check that all your favours and decorations are as you like.
• Enter your drinks reception to continue the party with live music, caricature portrait art, and maybe even some magic tricks!
• Enjoy the all-important speeches, from recollecting embarrassing childhood moments to remembering the first time you laid eyes on each other.
• Head outside and throw your bouquet to the next happy couple-to-be!
• After your guests are seated, enter the ballroom in style and strut your stuff around each table to your favourite song.
• Enjoy your deliciously tailored meal with your parents and bridal party at your top table (or own the moment with a sweetheart table for just the two of you).
• Show off those dance lessons by stepping onto the dance floor.
• Boogie away to your heart's content all night, maybe even rock the boat!
• Finish your night in luxurious comfort in your very own Bridal Suite.

Post-Wedding Celebrations

• Wake up to a delectable breakfast with family and friends in our award-winning Mabel Crawford's Bistro.
• Continue the celebrations in our Glassroom with sharing boards and pizza. If you plan it right, you might even catch the Sunday games on the big screen!
• Or go one step further and order some elegant afternoon tea for the more sophisticated of families.
