Working with local suppliers is something we enjoy and love as they are always there to answer any questions we may have and are great to work with.
Here are a few of our local suppliers with some information on them!
McCarthy Meats:
Out local meat suppliers are only a mere 10 – minute drive from the hotel. They provide us with all our beef. They are a family run business and the proprietor Derek McCarthy brings 30 years’ experience to their business.
Ardsallagh Farmhouse Cheese:
Ardsallagh Cheese make high quality, handmade and natural goat’s cheese. They are a family business who work tirelessly to ensure that their goats are happy and healthy.
Keeling’s Farm:
Keeling’s is a family owned Irish company. Their family’s expertise in growing, dates back to 1926 when they established their farm. In the 1930s they began growing fruits and salads and supplying them to the local markets.
Glenville Eggs:
We get our eggs in fresh everyday from our local suppliers in Glenville. It is only a 20-minute drive away.
Clóna Dairy:
Since 1919, Clóna Fresh Milk has been part of daily life in Cork. It all began at the Hurley family farm in Clonakilty. From here, fresh milk was carried into the town daily. We are proud to day we are still sourcing our milk from Clóna Dairy all these years later.
