General Info

Dial '0' for Reception

• Reception is available from 7am - 11pm
• Our Night Porter will be available from 11pm - 7am
• For Emergencies please dial '0' or Southdoc - 0818 355 999

Please Check Out of your room before 12pm

• 2pm Late Checkout is available for €20 (please contact Reception)

Room Keys

• Please bring with you when leaving your room.
• Please provide your room key to reception on Check Out to avoid a €5 fee.
• As part of our Green Policy to reduce emissions when rooms are unoccupied, we provide one room key by default; a second key is available upon request.

Smoking

• A fee of €200 or more if evidence of smoking / e-smoking was detected in your room.
• A cigarette machine is available at Reception.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel.

Noise

• Some noise may be heard due to events. Contact us (dial ‘0’) if needed.
• We offer earplugs or a room move if available.
• Excessive noise may lead to penalties or eviction, please be mindful to ensure a comfortable stay for all.

Hotel Services

Breakfast

• 7am - 10am Monday to Friday.
• 8am - 10:30am Saturday and Sunday.
• Please reserve your slot to avoid waiting for a table.
• Breakfast is available at €18 per adult (€10 per child) if not included in your booking already.

Enjoy our Ale-Carte Menu filled with locally sourced dishes!

• 12:30pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday.
• 1pm - 9pm Saturday and Sunday.
• Please reserve your table if you have not done so already.
• Times may differ on Bank Holidays.

Bar & Lounge
Enjoy a selection of pizzas, and ham & cheeseboards in our Glassroom.

• Bar Food Menu available from 1pm - 9pm.
• Drinks Service available from 5pm - 11pm.
• Residents can order drinks after 11pm from the night porter, but table service is unavailable.

In-Room Dining

• For Breakfast, please book with reception before 11pm the night before.
• Lunch and Dinner available from 12:30pm - 9pm.
• €10 Tray Charge applicable on each order.

In-Room Services

Wi-Fi

• Our wifi is open access with no password needed.
• Please advise that signal strength varies throughout the hotel.

Tea & Coffee Station

• Located in the drawer/cupboard of your room
• Kettle and coffee machine included
• A water bottle is also provided in your room
  • If any of the above is amiss or if you would like a refill, please dial '0'

Room Servicing

• If you are staying more than 1 night, hang a Do Not Disturb Sign on the front of your door if you do NOT want your room to be serviced by Accomodation Staff.

Laundry

• Hand-in to Reception before 9am for same-day service.
• Collection is at 5:30pm, unless clothes are ready early.
• €10 per KG (any weight exceeding a kg will be rounded up to the next kg)

Robes & Slippers

• Please contact our Reception Team, to organise a member of our team to bring them to your room.
• €10 Per Person

 Travel Adapters

• Available at a Kiosk near our Front Desk.
