4. The Butter Museum
Check out the Butter Museum in Cork City. It celebrates one of Cork’s greatest success stories of Cork. The Cork Butter Exchange. 5. Spike Island
Take a trip to Spike Island to experience and learn about the island’s rich history. Over the last 1300 years it has been home to a 7th century Monastery, a 24 acre Fortress, the world’s largest Victorian convict depot as well as centuries of many island homes. There is plenty to see and do in Cork but if you fancy a bit of shopping you have plenty of options.
